Brochure design

Hello, I have images and i know exactly how the brochure should look like, i need someone to get this into life. This is for a construction company who has around 29 floor plans, each page is two sided printed with 2 floor plans per page (a floor means a house image and a floor plan image and description). Needs a cover and last page, ready to mail out in US. The brochure should be 300 DPI, you should be able to support me until client has a first print copy to ensure all the fonts and pictures turned out perfect. This is for a end client so i need revisions when they ask for: You need to have these qualities/qualifications to bid on this project: #1 I need someone who cna work with me during US PST times atleast 4 horus a day for clarifications and fixes #2 I will give you my ideas and you should be able to incorporate your own with basic or minimum guidence. #3 Be able to do more than just brochure work, i need someone who knows ASP, PHP and good grpahic skills for my future projects #4 Trusting, as sometimes i might ahve to put you in front of my clients, you should be representing me not your company. #5 If you miss a dead line without prior agreement 10% will be cut from project cost, and 15% for everydya after 3 days.
