Create Glossy Oval Images (Fill with our patterns)

We have a document with different patters (stripes, stars, hearts) and we need the different patterns cut and pasted into approximately 100 different oval images with a gloss finish. We do not have photoshop to do it. The images will all be the same size, and you will just need to "fill" the image with the different patterns we provide you.
