Design Work for a 100-page Guide - Repost - open to bidding

I have a Word document, approximately 100 pages long that needs converting into an attractive, professional PDF document for uploading onto a website. All of the content is completed and includes text and screenshots. No content needs to be changed, only appearance and design. 19 photos are available for adding to the document. A cover page and back page with photos, company logo, etc are required, as is a Contents page. The designer would need to change layout, fonts, colours, spacing, etc to make the document look attractive and professional.
