convert PSD elements to vector - repost [URGENT]

Enclosed you’ll find several JPEG images which have to be converted to vector (.AI/.EPS) files. The JPEG’s were created in Photoshop (source file included) with a few .AI vector elements (also included in the package). You must use these PSD and AI elements, but NOT convert the whole PSD. 1. Lookup the elements from the JPEG in the PSD and AI files. 2. Convert these elements, using all features from the PSD and AI files (such as shadow, gradient etc.). 3. Create vector file of these elements to construct a vector file of the JPEG. Do NOT vectorize the JPEGS directly, that is not sufficient. Deadline: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Estimate at what time you can deliver.
