Creation of Graphics to Give Custom Fresh Look to a Blog Using GoDaddy QuickBlog Templates

Someone experienced with customizing GoDaddy QuickBlog templates is needed. Must have sample QuickBlog work that has been completed. Why? I have a 2.5 year old blog with 700 posts and want to give it a fresh look. I want the work to be done within the limitations of the GoDaddy QuickBlog templates so familiarity with QuickBlog templates and the ability to upload custom graphics is mandatory. The goal is to give the blog a updated professional look that distances itself from the template look. The subject matter of the blog is golf, so someone that knows golf would be great. Something clean, simple, and non-template looking (graphics only - not photo based). The project will involve getting things set up and functioning in the account.
