Assist me in building a simple (and clean) wordpress site

I'm starting a new business as a CV (resume) and professional (job interviews, etc) coach. I already own the domain. I need you to build a professional-looking site where I can showcase the following: - an intro video of my services - Clean design with bullets and images, and good white space - A simple header with my logo and what the business is about - a blog where I can write about related-topics. - An e-commerce function to sell services - An email capture for marketing Here are a couple examples of the sort of style I'm looking for: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] (without the crappy startup animation) - [login to view URL] I will create the content, take any photos, record videos, etc. You need to create the theme, layout, and provide any subsequent editing service (should be minimal) until it's ready to go live. It should not require ongoing maintenance from you. I should be able to run it ongoing after launch. (I.e. I should easily be able to edit the site headers, add CMS pages, and blog posts). Ideally, you will select an existing word press theme and make the necessary mods. I'd like to see a mockup first. Please reply with a quote and I will send over the v1 sitemap.
