Create an Email Signature Template

I am looking to create a standardized email signature to use in my company. We use Google Apps and I want all employees to have the same signature (individually adopted), The template should include images, but still be readable when images aren't enabled. It should also be mobile phone friendly. The design should incorporate my company's name and logo, as well as some images related to our products and services. A supplier of us has a signature where there is a a space for an animated image which shows different pictures of their products (changing every couple of seconds!) - I would lime to have something similar for us. The design must be easy to update so that it can be modified as needed. You may need to show me how to do this. Message me if you have any questions!
