Design a New Website homepage

We are looking for an experienced website designer who likes and can do ‘custom website design’ to design our new sites home page. We are not looking for someone who only edits existing templates. As well as having experience, you must be someone who shows imagination and pays attention to the details and can assist in giving advice when necessary. The design needs to encourage users to sign up to our service. The target audience of our site will be anywhere from 18- 70 and should appeal to both male and female. The design must be well structured and formatted HTML and CSS code with comments. The layout template must be divided by section – “header”, “navigations”, “body”, “footer”. There should also be provided the “service graphics” as bullets, lines, etc. Our target audience will access the site via phones, tablets and desktops. This design will be for a brand new site and is a new product launch. The industry the site will serve is the technology industry. There are competitors and I will show you a design I want to model ours on, because, I really like the look & feel of it. I also have the text for the homepage prepared. We don’t need a logo designed. You just need to leave an area for the logo to go. Any images we decide to add we already have to give you. It goes without saying... the design must be cross browser compatible, clean coded etc. If you are interested, I can share with you through PM the features that will need to go on the site. There are not many (about 6) and they are not complicated. We are not looking for anything complex, as I favour the more minimalistic and clean look and feel Any questions, please ask.
