Design a Website Mockup

Hello, I need one graphically interesting, cohesive, well designed and written page to be used on a webpage, using my outline and information as a guide. The purpose of the page is to sell advertising... banner ads and sponsored spaces, on my website. I just can't visualize exactly what I want but it should be modern and professional looking. Attached is what I've written so far. I do like some elements of the template attached. I would like to see a quote or 2 relating to advertising (see attached) and some statistics about the cost of advertising on local US papers vs the cost of our advertising... in a graphic form. The look of the website is clean bright and modern. Assume there will be a menu area to the left and a slider above... I've already got the main page template designed. I'm not concerned about the layout of the header, etc., just the graphic look of the content on the page. I've included a page from the website so you have the feel for the style and colors of our site (there will not be a sidebar space on the page you design).
