Design a Website Mockup -- 3

We are seeking a web designer to create a mockup or template for a new website. The completed project will provide a design/layout for website pages, including: 1. Home page layout, including positioning of: a. logo (we are committed to red #BA2025) b. navigation menu c. image slider d. positioning of other components (text, blog, graphics) 2. Site-wide navigation Menu, including position on page, colors, font type, and font size (font and size to be specified as part of project deliverables). 3. Size and position of home page image slider. 4. Font selection for headers (h1, h2) and body text (completed project will include specifications for font sizes, types, and colors). 5. A second page to use as a template for information pages on the website. This page would include a a photo/graphic/video at top, and a text article beneath. It would also include a right column for other banners, links, etc. 6. A third page with multiple graphics and a small amount of text for each. FINISHED PROJECT: Will include mockups for the three pages identified above. NOTE: We have graphics/images (not necessarily production quality) and text for the pages, and some "rough concepts" of what we are looking for. We need a designer to turn them into production-quality mockups. I can provide these in discussions prior to awarding the project. For those interested in project (and those we are interested pursuing discussions), we can provide additional details and examples as needed. The finished deliverable is the delivery of a completed mockup for the pages listed above. A functioning website is NOT required.
