delphie7 window base client/server messenger

its desktop messenger on Delphi ,need multi thread server For Delphi 7 base client ..with implementation of commands should be our requirements and pop up msgs ...it should be multi thread server and port.. and after completing server should be able to patch with client ..required 2 PHP one for premium user and 1 for moderator and their team for level and authorities ....rest can be explained on demand we hove build messenger client need to fix bugs and server need to expand..specification will be explained on contact only serious and desktop knowledge coder contact please ..as we have sources some missing files and components needs to recreate
