Hi there, I'm an optical dispenser I've been doing this for the past 12 years. I'm currently based at Sydney and majorities of my clients are in Australia , and as you know my job is selling and fitting optical frames and prescription lenses. Now I want to take a further step and move into online marketing, but I'm trying to be different to other competitors and I need to build a website which offers a unique service, I have done enough research about existing website and what I'm trying to offer might stand out in the market. Beside all the usual online optical shop website and design I want my client to " be able to take their picture and upload it on the website in 3D mode and therefor they can try each of my frames on their very own faces and even can see how they look from side views" also I want a website that is very easy to use as my clients are in a wide range of age ethnic and language background, I also need to know from A to Z about online advertising and marketing and I also need to find a good unique website design, this website must be usable on smartphones and tables as well as desktop computers, must have all the payment options " credit cards, PayPal, etc". I also require developer to build the website easy to use for operating without need of any professional help that means must be easy to upload pictures of products and edit texts and make changes . I need to have the right to keep all the intellectual properties of this job any coded or encode programs or any visions of website and mobile application, So despite having friends who can design website for me I rather to use a professional service and advice, Please send me an email with approximate price rang and also any questions and details that I didn't cover in my email. Due to the change of bid system at freelancer.com, they ask freelancer to submit the project proposal at the time of bid. Dear Siavash, I have read your Project description & understand the high level details of your website but I am afraid that this kind of website cannot be done in AUD 750, as it is very low budget, so would you be flexible in it?
