Copy and re-create existing website -- 2

I am looking for someone to copy and recreate a few pages from an existing website created in Wordpress into a new dynamic website, also created in Wordpress. (Once the website looks and works exactly like the original, I can change all the pictures, colors, and other info and links and add additional pages myself.) The website I want to re-create is: [login to view URL] The three tabs I want copied are: "Registration", "The League" and "About"including all sub-pages and links etc. I want the website and fonts and sizes to be exactly like the original. I want the site to be dynamic, simple to update and change as possible, allowing global edits, use headers and footers, separate file for each picture etc.
