Adjust Design and Polish Exhisting WBJJF Site & QA Test Plugins + Set-Up E-Mail

The most recent rendition of the World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation for the website is here - [login to view URL] Currently, there are the following issues with the design/layout: > Responsive design is cumbersome and alignment is off on text and menu bars when using different browser versions and mobile devices > Layout of certain images prevents proper viewing on smaller laptop screens > The whole website lacks general polish for professional presentation > Some sections need to be removed completely (blog/schools/instructors) > New media needs to be added to various section(s) (one video and a series of pictures) > Certain iconography is missing or incomplete > Tournament registry form fields improperly cut-off some text > Tournament registry form field has too much friction (phone number must be in exactly a particular fashion for it to work, etc.) > Another wp-template that is similar to the existing one but that is more refined would be a big plus. > Contact Us has visual discontinuity in the Locator Pin > When a member logs in, there needs to be some way for them to know that they have registered for a particular tournament already, so they don't double pay. Currently, there are the following issues with the back-end plug-ins: > Too many work-arounds have been done in order to properly merge the calendar, tournament registry forms, and payment systems. The functionality of these should be simple and allow for the following action-flow: >> User chooses tournament to sign up with from Calendar or front-page banners >> User is prompted to create an account >> In the back-ground a verification e-mail is sent with link to verify said e-mail >> User is prompted to fill out the tournament registry form fields >> User submits payment to paypal account >> All registration info is pushed to the site admin via e-mail which contains the time stamp of registry and all the relevant tournament form field content (Note: this must only occur once payment has been processed - we want to avoid having one e-mail for payment confirmation and a separate one with the form content) >> A confirmation e-mail is sent to the individual who is signing up which acts as a receipt and provides verifiable ticket# (registry id?) for the tournament. > A second version of the above needs to be made available for instructors to register multiple participants at once for a tournament. In the interim, a very quick splash page needs to be created that has the following content: > Countdown Timer > Couple of images (provided) > Logo (provided) > Tournament Dates & Banners (provided) Finally, an e-mail server needs to be set-up using a digital-ocean droplet and directed to the WBJJF domain ([login to view URL])
