I have a client who wants a booking form the same as this one [login to view URL] You will see that it first allows the visitor to select pick up and drop off locations for 1-6 passengers and a pre-set price is displayed (price is based on suburbs loaded into regions and set for 1-3 people and increases by a set amount for 4-6 people) Once the price is displayed, it allows the visitor to continue on with a booking which provides a date format - then next page offers a suggested selection of times etc. I am interested mainly with this layout but will listen to alternative ideas
