Amazon Read all Competitors from a SKU - fast and a lot to check

Hello, we need a amazon mws / aws expert which is able to check all competitors from a sku in our inventory. We need the following information back Competitor name Price Postage if its new or used FBA Yes or No -> Not only one competitor! We need all competitors, not only the cheapest We have to check round about 20.000 different skus 2 times a day. For your information, we will not deliver the api codes or login codes. You must program the script in PHP and deliver us the complete script, so we can test it life. You can get the SKUs from Database. Make sure its possible to do it, because there are some scripts outsite, which are able to read this information. I know its not easy, so please be sure you have done something like that before und you can do it 100%.
