Build a Customised Freelancer Site

**PLEASE NOTE THAT BIDS FROM PEOPLE WHO OBVIOUSLY HAVE NOT READ AND CONSIDERED THE REQUIREMENT WILL BE DELETED** I am interested to have a Freelancer Site developed with all of the functionality that [login to view URL] has. The work would need to be broken down into 3 stages: 1. Delivery of visual mock-ups i.e. jpegs/PPT (with no commitment to progress from stage 1 other than payment for this stage if I don't like how the site would come together/other) 2. Delivery of functional website for testing 3. Delivery of fully bug tested, launch-ready website including any amendments provided following stage 2 review. Key functionality should match that of [login to view URL] as I intend to create a bespoke version for a particular market. I like how the peopleperhour site works (user logic etc). Other points: * I would require the selected provider sign an NDA * I am open to receiving numerous sized proposals as long as the proposal specifies what would be included for that cost * I would require ongoing support in the future (price TBC) * To ensure continuity, the website should be capable of being operated by any website provider i.e. should be completely transferable
