Build an Estate Website

I need an estate management website where we can enter and manage the information of our tenants in various locations of our clients estates. The system should be able to assign each tenant in our system a unique ID. we would be able to enter the address of the tenant before and after and this includes their work address and referees and this includes their contact information and thats to say email, telephone numbers, skype, facebook, twitter, instagram, passport number, drivers licence number, car plate numbers up to 5 cars per tenant. There should be another space for home owner who is not renting from us but who bought or own and they would be listed as landlord. the ability to create multiple admin admin users of which whatever any of the admin users input would be tagged with their ID. each much contain a time stamp and then a super admin user that over sees every other person. Above all, it must be user friendly and should have easy search access and also print option.
