Build a Website - NS5

We want to create a website to promote the NS5 community of schools. The purpose of this is to show how each of the schools involved work together effectively. We are looking for someone to create the website, but we need to have control over the final site so we can update/adjust/manage the site ourselves. In terms of ongoing support after the creation of the site, we will need ongoing contact for tech support and major changes needed on an ad hoc type of agreement (paid of course). Specific Features we want for the site: * The design must be EXACTLY as in the attached PDF file (we will need to be able to change photos/update) - A docked menu that stays at the top of the page when scrolling - Home page Hero Images that change every 10 seconds or so - Visually effective galleries that allows users to click through several images - a tiled design​ - an effective archive function, so that users can go though and read about all the older projects in the grants section - an easy user interface in the back end that can allow us to easily and quickly upload new news and events articles for the front page feed as well as stagger our twitter posts throughout these front page cards. - Add event to calendar button (from [login to view URL]) to be available for events via the website.
