Build a Website

I need a website/App which will be used by the Sales Executives (SE). The SE will be on the field and will contact various Doctors, Medical Clinics etc and will enter their details such as Name, Qualification, Mobile No., Email etc. The SE will be paid on the basis on the number of Registrations done by the Doctors. Each SE will have a specific Code, which will act as a unique identifier and will allow us to recognize the total number of registrations done by each SE at the end of each month. Based on this, the SE will be paid a specific amount via Payment Gateway. For this, we would also need to store the bank details of the SE along with other details. For this, I need the below functionality: 1) Anybody can register and update his bank account details along with uploading PAN card 2) He/She should be able to upload data on behalf of medical professional 3) Duplicate/ incorrect data should be rejected (No two registrations having the same mobile number 4) Should have a payment gateway to the individuals' bank account 5) Should have legal agreement (digital) in place.
