Build a Website

i need to develop a web site I am looking for someone who can create a fully functional theme park web site. this site will be aimed at visitors wishing to know what to expect at the park. it will include the following:  1. the use of e-business so customers can purchase their tickets online  2. use of 3Dmax, Director and other multimedia software to create a virtual simulation of one or more rides available at the park  3. Use of interaction design methods to create a site that will be appealing to users including research of existing sites  4. A model of the park for users to plan their visit and navigate between the rides.
