I do development in PHP, Wordpress and all common shopping carts. For your requirement, we can have one admin page where you upload/add the burial place information, along with Name, Address and Date of Death of each person. Then for users we will have a search page which can be searched by a Name or address and they will get the results. What all information you will have regarding the burial place? Thanks Roni
