Hello, I have been through your project scope and understand how it functions In the delivery system you need to have the shipment details for Base Location & Destination Location using Google Map. The site also need to be able to manage all delivery food Items and use the dispatching system to organize and manage the nearest driver to the Base Location and calculate the shortest route and need to send the nearest driver to pick the order . On otherside Driver needs to accept the order, Or driver Can select the order from the list (optional) Driver Need to collect the Order from defined Location and He needs to confirm receiving the order in good condition and he need send SMS to customer in Destination that he is in his way to deliver the shipment . Driver need to get customer signature after he deliver to be able to close the work order. Then click Job Done and he become free for other orders. The dispatcher should support apple iPhone, apple iPad, or android tablets or phones. Whichever drivers accept the call, the system should run their location through google maps to determine which is closer to the customer and let him know he got the call. Every driver must have their own user name and password and system should keep track of history of jobs.
