Build a Website

I am after a website where I create documents (A4 size and multiple pages) with some words and pictures being variable (for the user to fill in later) and some being set​ in the back end​, then ​load​ them​ to the front end​​​ so the user can input a variable to update the document. The document will need to be previewed while the user is imputing their data into the variable sections of the document so you can see what it looks like with the changing variable content in it. Once the document is created it should be that you can download or print the document in pdf or jpeg file format.​ The document will also need to have a template background with a pattern or design uploaded or create by the admin (me). I have attached a very basic picture showing of the preview vs the inputted data on the front user end. The site will also need to have the functions such as: - A front page with member sign up and login functionality. - Able to add a membership charging function later on. - Profile dashboard where your upload picture becomes a section of the document. - A view of your created documents and the functionality so you can go back into them. - Each document should have automatic number ​created​ when printed or pdf. EG DN001 or AU001 etc - A back end so the admin (me) can create a document and show where to put the variable sections and fixed content. - A back end that shows all members and created documents. Please take note I am not a computer programmer so all back end layout and design of documents will need to be easy to use. Let me know if you think this can be done​ or what the best way of doing this is.
