I want to build a dynamic website on the back-end there will be CMS and database, on the front end it will be more than blog. In the CMS we should be able to add/delete/edit documents and article in PDF and DOC format, which would be displayed on the front end of blog/site. Users can register in blog and they can also upload the documents (only if they are authorized) all registered users can comments under particular article. Users can download the document in PDF format. It will PHP based blog or website.
