It might be futile to reach out here, but we are giving it a shot. I hope you realize the extend to which this project is reaching? A full site similar to Twitter - given that it should be able to withstand +50.000 concurrent, active users at any given time, does not come cheap and is a complex task for even the most experienced team. That being said, we are interested in taking on this project and a working demo can be arranged on certain terms. However, I have to warn you here - you can't get a full social network developed from scratch on an urgent basis. To do a job like this and be able to guarantee a certain level of quality also requires a certain amount of time.
