I need someone very reliable to build me a business social network platform on the web where businesses (it can be tailored for personal use too) can market themselves, reach out to, market, organize their business,so they can dominate their local niche,(it will run on 5 main components and contain many features and details I will provide for you) along with a universal classified ads center where everyone can find, search, sell, trade, and socialize for personal and business usage.
