Build a Website in CodeIgniter

Budget is $$ 100 strictly. I am looking to develop a website in Codeigniter. Though I have mention CI but willing to know your thoughts too regarding platform. We already have designed Index , login , registration and contact us pages in html though they need finishing touch. CMS and Pricing page need to be created. We will use TLE admin/charsima-master for back end and for user section too based on url rewritting. It will be a tools management system. here is the work need to be done # Basic stuffs /part : -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Statice page for Home, About Us, FAQ, Pricing, contact us 2. Login/Register using personal details 3. View/Update Profile Core Part: ------------------ 1. Manage Tools 2. Sub components module - Add Associate Tools. Drill will come along with screwdriver and some pans. 2. Manage Category 3. Manage Role 4. Manage User 5. Manage Job site 6. Manage Maintanace 7. Issue Tracking if the tools have any issue then can sort by the appropriate person.. contact information for appropriate job holder.. means for electrical or mechanical issue then they can contact them as well 8. Instruction Management : For each tool we have instruction details like step to operate or upload instruction file. 9. For Point 7, we need Contact Management, so can assign appropriate supplier on issue occur. 10. Schedule Maintaince : it's like pre define schdule for each tools, if needeed. 11. Tracking Management ( When move from one job site to other, we need this) 12. Manage Loan, means you can give you tool to ur close without rent 13. Warehouse modules. 14. Contractor Module Here is something that I want in freelancer as qualification / criteria and that is must. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Must be work accordingly Indian standard time so that we can track, consult, provide guideline to keep the work on schedule. 2. Must be available on skype from 10 AM - 8 PM regularly. 3. Make sure that he can maintain the time frame, without any excuse. We will not compromise with deadline so you must act accordingly. 4. Project must be completed within 10 days from the date of hiring. 5. Provide your best work regarding design which must be live and demo of admin section. I need brief proposal to consider your bid regrading design, development, safety and security issues, management of work, timeline and deadline , marketing and business thoughts, payment processing and integration of shopping cart. Proposal that does not addressing these issue will not be consider. Budget is $$ 100 strictly. Dont bid if you are not agreed with time frame and budget. Thnx
