Build a Website (Whatsapp Groups)

I am planning to create a website where users can share their whatsapp groups and gather members from all over the world, I am just going to give a overview and we will discuss remaining things if I select you. I have some crazy ideas and if you want to partner in this project then you are most welcome. Users should be able to create whatsapp groups via website, share their groups on social media and members can search and join that group providing their mobile number.
