Build a Website for image editing services business

I would like to make a website something like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] website design will be changed. but all the functionality should same. additionally we need to add affiliate things in the website. Short Description : User End: 1. Customers Management system 2. Order management system 3. Payment management system ( invoice, paid invoice, due invoice etc) 4. Images upload/download system. ( this is very important. customers and admin can upload unlimited through web uploader or FTP. both web upload and FTP required). FTP will be created automatically when customer signup. you can check here [login to view URL] for signup. and see how they created FTP. Admin End: 1. Manage Customers ( add, delete, edit, search) 2. Order management ( pending orders, paid orders, complete orders, make custom order etc) 3. Payment management including ( auto invoicing, manual invoice, paid invoices, due invoices, notify due invoices etc ) 4. dynamic pricing services for every services we provides. 5. Order archives ( need to get in csv) 6. Customers archives ( need to get in csv) website need to faster. as you know we can works with 20000 images with single orders. so upload/download need to faster. also we need to see thumbnails images for every order. images name should be same.
