Build a Website for travel insurance website

Build a website for a a trip cancellation/interruption and international medical travel insurance agency. See the attached file for a very rough/preliminary wireframe...pay attention the yellow notes marked up on each of the pages as they contain important info on the requirements. One correction to the wireframe and yellow notes: there will only be a total of 5 of what I am calling the "Product Group" Pages. 1 home page/5 Product Group pages that lead to maybe 25 Product Pages/ Blog/ 1 Links & Resources main page that would lead to 4 or 5 specific link/resources pages. For a total of around 37 pages. I will provide all content along with the images. You can see my very basic current website at [login to view URL] but keep in mind that I did that myself and as you can tell....I am not a web designer :). Note that the actual products have a link that takes you to the actual insurance companies website to quote and purchase under my code. when these are clicked I would like them to open up within my website so that they still see my header, etc. I will send the HTML code for all of the products and provide better images and text descriptions.
