If one of our employee will join you, he will work with you as a developer, and I will work as (the tech and team leader). Take into account that the price that I give you is the price per hour of her work, and my work as a team tech leader is include as well. We use agile methodology “scrum”, we divide the whole project in small sprints, each sprints is typically about 1 week. Each week, the team leader provide a serie of task to do on the current spring, each task is assigned to one programmer. We are using trello as a tool to guide the scrum. We use bitbucket or git as repository, and each Pull Request is reviewed by our team, in order to do a quality code.
