I am in the jumping balloons business in El Paso, I\'m finding out that there are lots of businesses that is related to party rentals or jumping balloons. The customer has to call a couple jumping balloons rental business to get the best price. Any city usually has at least over 100 jumping balloons business aka party rental business, el paso has at least 500, packages usually includes tables and chairs also. Why not let the businesses go bid for the customer\'s business instead of the the customer calling around to get the best price. Whoever will do this needs to know this is national in scope. Give me an idea of what you\'re going to do for me. The more user friendly the better. The site needs to include mapping capability, customer payment (the site also need to charge commission to the successful business) , feedback, customer and business ratings, provided by the users. A profile for the businesses that they create on the site, linking capability to their website and social accounts. Ideally the customers will post what they want to rent then local jumping balloons business or party rentals can bid for the customers business. Time frame: 1-3 months
