Build a beautiful HTML 5 Webpage (Design and Imagery provided)

We require development of one webpage which will used as a landing page at a conference. The landing page will be accessed when users scan a QR code, and its purpose will be to display imagery, video content (via YouTube plugin/widget), and links to a website and factsheet. The design of the webpage will be provided, as seen in the files attached. The website must be developed in HTML5 and optimised for High-resolution tablet touchscreen displays, with scalability to Desktop and mobile phone displays. The design features 5 sliding panes which slide open when clicked to reveal a relevant logo, imagery and text points. When the bottom of an open pane is clicked or swiped upward the image should adjust, logo should resize and move, and the YouTube video and links should be revealed, all with an animation similar to the [login to view URL] start page. Image files, text content, logos, and the overall design files (PSD) format will be provided, and the webpage must be developed in accordance to the designs provided, including shadows, placement, e.t.c Summary of Requirements -Single sliding pane webpage developed in HTML5, as per provided design -Users should be able to click/touch to open a pane, and slide up on an open pane to reveal video and links for that pane. -Optimised for High-resolution tablet displays -Scalability to Desktop and mobile phone displays -YouTube plugins and links (links addresses will be provided) Please feel free to contact me with regard to any questions you may have.
