Build one webpage

Hello, My name is Jon Taylor and we should work together. I have created the requested mock up @ [login to view URL] I have created very similar projects for my current full time employer and would have no issues getting this together in about a day or two. This project would require simple HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the layout and user interface. I would probably use the bootstrap framework for ease of use and quick mark-up. I would keep the managing of everything else done through PHP and SQLite. PHP will allow you to keep everything dynamic while accessing the database from SQLite and creating the spreadsheet. SQLite will allow you to run a database online without having the need for a server. I can have an easy mock up down in and ready for display and testing in about 5 hours and deliver by the next day.
