Build a part of our real estate website

I need a PHP - Yii developer who can build the internal pages of a project which I am working on. Since I am not able to fit it into my tight schedule, it has been delayed from a quite long time. I am building this project for my friend's company and I have a template, data and images all ready for you. Overview of the project: - A website / web identity for a real estate company based in India. - It's partially based on a single page website design. (Home page contains information such as about, contact and other) - They have past, on-going and future projects. These projects need their own internal pages which will be linked to homepage. - All this has to be built in Yii using MySQL. All the content for internal pages such as images, headers, text, button text etc., has to be fetched from database. This enables the user to update the content and images at a later stage. Status of the project: - I have just built the homepage long back (it hardly took a day) and don't find time to look into the internal pages of the site. Please visit [login to view URL] What do I need from the freelancer: - I need someone to work on the internal pages of the project. He/she doesn't have to touch homepage, I will take care of it. - I will provide the template as well as design ideas on the internal pages too. You just have to integrate the template into the views of Yii and build controllers and models where you can fetch the dynamic data based on the url request. A hint of work involved: - I have a layout, view and controller which can handle the homepage. We don't use dynamic data for homepage, so we don't have model for it. - We have 2 types of internal pages: 1) Page - Projects overview. We have 3 pages of this kind. Past, present and future projects. For example, past projects will have a gallery of 5 images with text on them, user can be able to click on any project to get into the further details. We have three pages of this kind. For this, you need to build a projects table with fields for text, heading, years, image, status etc., you then have to build model, controller and view to fetch various records as per the url request. 2) Page - Project detail Here we use the same table and same model as above. But controller and views differ. It will show a single project view. This can be considered as a child page for Project Overview. - So, you need to build two controllers, two views, one layout and one model in Yii. one table in database. this structure will populate the pages based on the records available in the database. If you don't understand the requirement, please pass it. If you understand it, then I believe you know MVC concepts, and if you have active experience in Yii. Then I need you. I need someone who has active experience in Yii because I need to get it done in a couple of days. I know, it shouldn't take more than a day or two for a pro Yii Developer. Please note: I just need you to setup the MVC structure for these two types of pages and add the available content for now. I will take care of the backend admin panel where admin can upload new projects, images, text after their validation etc., It is because of this purpose, I want this simple project to be done in Yii. For now, I need a structure and content to be up and running. My friend doesn't want customization anytime sooner. So, I can look into it whenever I find time.
