I need to build a basic portal for our voice services for customers to be able to view their service, bill and add/remove services. I have all of the API that will be used to send the request to our voice switch. This is a simple and small project since we have the API to give you. I need the portal to allow the following: -Account Creation -Payment using [login to view URL] API -Dashboard once logged in showing account info -11 Menu Items on the Left of the page (Account, SIP Trunking, DIDs, International DIDs, vFax, SMS, LNP, Serves, Reports, Support, FAQ) -Total of 27 pages. These pages are very basic and all pull and submit data using the API I will provide. I would also like to have 3 account types. 1: User, 2: Master Reseller, 3: Reseller. The Master Reseller account should only be able to be created by the admin and not available to the public. We don't expect this to cost much being we are providing you with all of the API and will provide you with screenshot mock up of how it should look. Please bid with your price to complete this project. DO NOT bid and then change your price after the fact as it is a waste of our time.

Hello, The API you are going to provide is a must. What you are looking for is a Front End interface to your API without this Web Front interface the API stands no where alone. Secondly I would say that you should have provided the basic structure of your API which is to be consumed by the interface.
