Build a security platform (PHP / API / JRULES / SQL)

Hi All, To consider your application, you will need to provide details on how you can contribute to the project. You will need to create a security platform (Go, symfony2, Jrules) to prevent Credit card fraud based on factors . There are 40 factors and some are below : TIme stamp browser vs Timezone transaction IP transaction vs IP billing IF vpn / proxy / tor Distance between shipping and billing AVS behaviour customer Device ID ( History) Phone Verification / email verification (Du type hello smtp / user verification ) Online user verification MNO verification (Identity verification with carrier if possible) There are 40 conditions and you must have really good knowledge in API. You will need to create a backend for client and admin as well with the following requirements : - Client is able to add / remove / modify rules - Each transactions are deducted from an account balance - Each client are dependant from the system ( Multiple clients / rules / account balance ) - Each client must be able to change settings (As well as our Admin team) - Admin must be able to create clients quickly - Clients must be able to see each transaction and the scoring details of each transaction including details of the result of each conditions - Clients should be able to add their payment gateway so we can process > send the transaction if scoring allows it.
