Button is not displaying in woocommerce warranty returns plugin wordpress

Need a quick fix as its a small project, The settings for woocommerce warranty and returns plugin show that the button should display front end in the account page, however this is not the case. There is a setting in the settings when selected it does not save the value which i think may be the issue. Should be an easy fix
