Capture page \"Work-Over\"

We have a capture page that needs a face-lift. What I am looking for is a very easy make-over -- simply give our capture page more of a designed look and less of an "right out of the box" look. We will provide desired text (Just 2 lines of text) to go on the page; you will use your design skills to give our capture page a FACELIFT. (*We are not looking for hype; no fancy houses, no expensive boats or cars, no fists full of money, none of that...Just something that looks professionally designed and appealing.
