Changes to a 'smiley star' drawing.

### Smiley star drawing I need some changes to a ‘smiley star’ TIF drawing which is an advert for a children’s centre in Kazakhstan. Things need to be removed which will predominantly leave just the smiley star on a rainbow. In addition, certain parts of the image need to be placed into new transparent GIFs for my future use. ## Deliverables My requirements : Changes to a GIF drawing for a web site and creation of small images. In addition to the following information, please see important attached TIF file further clarifying these requirements. The original TIF will be sent to the winning bidder. **Deliverables / products required.** A) Main GIF / TIF drawings, the modified picture As TIF and reduced size GIF. B) SmilyStar GIF : The copied image of the star. C) Blue star logo GIF : The Cut image of the logo. D) Flowers GIF : The cut image of the flowers. E) Yellow/White text banner GIF F) Rainbow GIF version 1 G) Rainbow GIF version 2 All GIFs should be : i) Transparent ii) Suitable size for web site download. _More details of requirements_ A) **Main GIF (see attached drawing)** A1) Remove everything above the marked line (see [login to view URL]). A2) Move the purple butterfly down slightly so it fits onto new image. A3) Remove the white curved text. A4) Remove the blue banner with writing at the bottom and continue the rainbow in appropriate colors and colour gradient to the bottom of the image. A5) Remove the blue star logo with red curve underneath but cut it into new image - ‘Blue Star Log GIF’ A6) Remove the flowers from the image but cut into a new image. A7) Cut the top yellow and white text banner into new image. A8) Widen image slightly so that the rainbow flows right and upwards more to meet the top edge of the new image. It should finish flush against the top of the image like the bottom left part of the rainbow (it could curve up at the same angle or veer left slightly) A8) Picture resolution should remain same but aspect ratio will change due to changes A1 and A8 above A9) The image will be transparent. Foreground objects will consist of butterflies, the smiley star, juggling balls and rainbow with ALL other parts of the image being transparent. It should be designed to go onto a web page a web page with similar blue gradient background Products B to E should also be transparent GIFs F) **Rainbow GIF version 1** F1) Rainbow drawing should be a copy of the rainbow in the drawing (as transparent GIF) without the foreground objects ??" new version that flows further upwards to the top right) G) **Rainbow GIF version 2** G1) Rainbow drawing should be a copy of the rainbow in the original drawing exactly (as transparent GIF) ??" it will be placed on the bottom right of a web page ! _Other info_ The smiley star will eventually be animated to juggle the balls, smile and wink a couple of times, probably as an animated GIF. Although outside of first scope of work, any comments welcome as to whether you can achieve the animation but please initially bid without considering this extra work. _Terms and conditions_ 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All output will be animated GIFs and one TIF. The deliverables will be placed on a web site so the designer should consider this within the work.
