City static design

Hello. I need a static design city like this one: [login to view URL] I need all the sub static poses when u zoom in to. I dont need any motion animation. Just the static images of the city overall and all the zoom locations. Very important: 1) I need this to be done in 3 days max time. 2) I need an original city. Not a copy of this one. Feel free to design one by your own. 3) Prefered vector design. 4) Watch the example with atention. I need all the deposits well designed etc. Unhappily my budget is not very big. I cant spend more then $75 on this project. Make me happy, and i will give you a lot of works in the future. Thank you.
