Cover Design

I would like a design in .png format and built using gimp2 (gimp file provided as well) for a CD set cover to fit the larger 9" x 12" multiple CD/DVD set covers. I want you to use the color of money (white or light grey tan background - green/grey text graphics) like a twenty dolooar bill.
