Create Print and Packaging Designs

Hello, I am in need of someone to design a label for me. Below if the information I have been given for the size and details. The specs are simple: 300 DPI, please provide as .AI or .PDF file, ensure your graphics are all native 300DPI, artwork size is 72mm x 32mm [1mm bleeds all round]. Label size is best at 70mm x 30mm - the reason for this is that the width of the machines printing capacity [300mm] makes it easier to divide the print into 4 equal sizes across the web with the cutter [280mm + grab areas]. For you, this means larger areas in which to layout the sometimes tricky and lengthy text from your clients, making for a more informative and descriptive label. I also require a 18mm x 10mm label to contain a serial number which will also be on the larger label as well. I would like this to be oval in shape. Format Dolby, Can use mirco text. We need these to have security measures on them so not to be copied. As the label will have a QR code please make sure this code can be read. We have a logo on the website which is [login to view URL] but this could also be changed at this stage to coincide with label design. I have uploaded a scan of a current label we have been using.
