Create a Slide in feature

Hi, I need a feature built for my client - I need a slide in feature created and added to a PHP website. Slide in feature to be like this: [login to view URL] The features data will not be calculated, it will be dynamically added. It will be "X people have registered for our online Owner Builder course today" The X will be shown as a NUMBER and the number will be shown at specific times of the day Time Period Number of Registrations - X 12am – 9am 1 - will be shown in place of the X 9am – 10am 2 - will be shown in place of the X 10am – 11am 3 - will be shown in place of the X 11am – 12pm 4 - will be shown in place of the X 12pm – 2pm 5 - will be shown in place of the X 2pm – 3pm 6 - will be shown in place of the X 3pm – 4pm 7 - will be shown in place of the X 4pm – 5pm 8 - will be shown in place of the X 5pm – 7pm 9 - will be shown in place of the X 7pm – 9pm 10 - will be shown in place of the X 9pm – 11:59pm 11 - will be shown in place of the X This will be displayed on about 6 pages on the website
