Create seamless prints from images given

This job is an ongoing job, i want a freelancer to help me do the following: I will send you an image or several images and the guidelines (number of colors, way of distribution) to creating a seamless print out of it. You will need to : 1)Take the motifs of the print and create a vector from them using a maximum of 12 colors. 2) redistribute them on a defined size in a seamless manner. 3) blend it with the background 4)Provide me with an ai file for the motif, and an ai file for the final print. 5)Fill a color sheet i provide you with the swatches of the colors in the print. I need someone who is quick in communication and can finish the job quickly. Attached is an example to a print done from an image provided. All prints created in this project will be copyrighted and therefore cannot be used anywhere else or used for any other provider. I will give you a sample image with guidelines before we start and if you are able to provide me with the results im looking for you are hired!
