Abstract Service providers yellow pages web site with evaluation system from the clients. Each service provider will be able to register on the site through a form that can be filled up on the web site or through an SMS send to the website SMS gateway service. After registration, the service provider will be able add the services that he provide and some description. From his/her profile, the service provider will be able to print some business cards with QR code that will allow the clients to evaluate his performance. Each client will be able to evaluate the service provider by scanning the QR code from his/her business card. The client's evaluation create a ranking system on the service providers which will make them to appear on the featured section on home page. The services can be searched by category, provider, or service/provider ranking. This solution need to have multi-language support The target user of this solution are the service providers but the main users are the clients. Technical solution #Service provider: - Uniquely identified by telephone number (9 digits) - Name and Surname - Cities of coverage - Services provided #Service Provider Evaluation - Date of service provision - Service provider - Service provided - Rate (0-3 where 0:Not Applied, 1:Bad, 2:OK, 3: Outstanding) * Service quality (80% of the overall rating) * Price (10% of the overall rating) * Punctuality (7% of the overall rating) * Appearance (3% of the overall rating) - Comment (Max. 150 chars) # Website pages schema - 3 columns x 2 rows - 1st and 3rd columns reserved for vertical ads marquees - 1st row represents the content of the site - 2nd row represents the footer of the site with a small site map, contacts, etc. # Home page - The content of the home page is divided in 4 sections: 1 - First and bigger section with a small and simple video explaining how to register in the site and how to be evaluated. 2 - Second section, is right bellow the first section, there's an horizontal marquee with the top 20 featured service providers in accordance with their rate. 3 - Third section should have the title "I'm searching for..." and is right bellow the second one and contains 4 searchable combined lists with all service categories, all possible ratings, all possible cities and the 4th list will show the result as a list of all registered service provider's names that can be selected to open their profile 4 - The forth and last section, situated just bellow the third section and will contain statistical data as "Total number of registered service providers", "Total number of evaluations", "Total number of cities" and "Total number of categories".
