Dell coverage board

A1 board will have 126 thumbnails of media coverage set out in 11 sub groups. Each one has a publication masthead and and a date. The image for the thumbnails will be provided as jpegs separated into category folders. When added to the board the publication masthead (logo) should be cropped or removed and reinserted below the thumbnail. A folder of mastheads will be provided. A full set of PDFs for each category will also be provided, from these the dates for each thumbnail are extracted (done by cropping out the PDFs to show just the header, select all, copy and paste). Final format supplied back would be Indesign CS6 for Mac. The board is produced at six-monthly intervals, the most recent example is included for reference.
