Design an App Mockup for my application

I have developed a application in c#, My employer is not liking the design part only. I need excellent designs so I can imbedded on my form. Images and buttons should in png/jpg format and animations should be in gif format. Application Images are attached over here. Basic Requirements : Welcome screen [Animated] Excellent design which can be used for main form.
