Design Snapchat like App Mockup

I had an AD up before but I believe I'm more sure on what I need now from a freelancing professional. Hello, I'm looking for someone to fully build a snapchat like app. Basicsally a clone, but I also need help with the wireframes. I have some but they are only drafts. For now all I need is the ability to send pictures and videos. Just the basics of the snapchat app transfered into this app for a whole new use of purpose. I'm in the process of selling AD space for the ad, the money will come in quick within the first year and I'm wiling to cut a person a piece of the pie. 10% of the profit for two years, paid on an annual basis and steady employment!
